Place yogurt in a small bowl, top with prunes.

Asparagus Roll-Ups
3 ½ Ounces Oven Gold Deli Turkey, Sliced – 100 Calories
1 Can Asparagus Spears, Chilled and Drained - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE
Okra Pickles - FREE
Fresh Lemon Juice - FREE
Roll up 3-4 asparagus spears in each turkey slice. Place on a plate and arrange okra pickles around the roll-ups. Squeeze lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper.

Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia With Italian Vegetables
¼ Cup Beef Broth - FREE
1 Yellow Squash, Sliced - FREE
1 Zucchini, Sliced - FREE
½ Cup Sweet Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 Garlic Clove, Minced - FREE
½ Cup Red and Green Bell Pepper, Chopped - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE
1 ½ Ounces Tilapia – 50 Calories
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder To Taste - FREE
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated – 50 Calories
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium non-stick skillet, bring beef broth to a boil. Add squash, zucchini, onion, garlic, peppers, salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes; set aside. Season the tilapia and place in a baking dish. Top with your vegetable mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until desired doneness.
