100 Calorie Diet Tip #105 - You Are Never Too OLD To Lose Weight

Do you think that your life is over and you are too old to bother with losing weight.  Your looks are gone and you have a pile of wrinkles!!! :)  Well forget it!!!!  There are a millions reasons to lose weight… even if you are a little long in the tooth!  I don’t have time to write out the million but I’ll get your list started for you right here…. (add your own reasons to it!)

1.  You want to be able to get up off the couch!

2.  You want to be able to get out of the car!

3.  How about you want to be able to get in to the car! :)

4.  You want to go hiking in the mountains!

5.  How about your just want to go for a nice walk in the mountains!

6.  You don’t want anymore lower back pain!

7.  You don’t want any more knee pain!

8.  You don’t want any more joint pain!

9.  You don’t want to just about faint when you see your picture!

10.  etc. etc. etc.!
