100 Calorie Diet Tip # 106 - Take 1 Minute For Yourself

This is a very good thing to start doing to get your mind on track before you even get out of bed!  Right before you get up.  When you are laying in bed and just starting to wake up.  Take one minute.  Say in your head to yourself all the reasons you want lose weight.  Repeat 2 more times.  Then get up!  You’ll see that this will help you to stay focused on your plan and it will help you to stay on track!

    I find that in the morning I can’t even clear my head enough to wake up let alone motivate myself to diet or focus on my goals.  SO…I made a little framed picture to put next to my bed with all the reasons I set out to look and feel healthier.  That way I don’t have to force myself to remember anything because in my right mind I have already declared my challenges and I’m more ready to overcome them!
