Ok… The real way to lose weight and keep it OFF is to make permanent changes in your eating and exercising habits. When we say permanent that means you will quit the old way and keep the new way. FOREVER!!! So decide on something you want to change. Maybe you want to eat a better more healthy 200 calorie breakfast. Maybe you want to stop watching your morning soaps and get some walking in to burn up 100 calories. Well pick one thing this month that you want to change for the better and start doing it. Don’t try to change everything about yourself at one time. Pick one thing and stick to it for 30 days. After you feel you have successfully changed this "thing" pick one more thing and make the change. Soon you will have made several permanent changes to your eating habits and your exercise habits. Give it a try. You’ll like it!!!
