We all know that diet and exercise is important for our health, but did you know that sleep is just as important? Maybe even more important!!! Sleep seems to be a requirement for our survival. Scientists did a study with mice and those that were not allowed to sleep died within two to three weeks.
If you don’t get enough sleep these things decrease: Work Performance, Concentration, Reaction Time, Learning Ability. If you don’t get enough sleep these things increase: Memory Lapses, Accidents and Injuries, Behavior Problems and Mood Swings.
So make sure you get in your 8 hours of zzzzzzz every night!
