Do you think you are too old to lose weight? Do you think you are too old to diet? Do you think you are too old to exercise? Well you’re NOT!!! It is NEVER too late to make healthy changes in your diet and exercises. When you are older the reason you do it might change. Maybe you are achy every time you move. Are you finding it hard to get up off the couch? Does your back hurt every time you bend over to pick something up? If so… your body is telling you something. It is telling you it is time to get moving!!!! It is telling you it is time to make a few changes to what you put in your mouth. Take a little time today and analyze your day. Is there somewhere in there that could use a little improvement? Pick one thing today you want to work on and make the change…Live Better… Live Longer!
