100 Calorie Diet Tip #64 - Is The Scale Your Friend or Your Enemy? You Decide…

Everybody is different in almost every way.  You will have to know yourself or get to know yourself very well to make this decision about the scale.  Can you weigh yourself once a week and not go over the deep end and blow all your hard work if you didn’t lose what you thought you should?  Do you get on the scale 4,5 or even 10 times a day to see how much weight you have lost?  You have to figure out if that scale is hurting you or helping you.  You have to think about how you react to that number you see.  The most important thing is what you are putting in your mouth not what the scale says.  If you have been on your plan and you have not "cheated" then that is all that matters.  The scale is just a tool to help you.  If you find that it only hurts you then don’t use it.  Just continue to write down what you eat…stay on your diet plan…and the weight will come off.  It’s a sure thing!!!
