100 Calorie Diet Tip #66 - Don’t Be Bored On A Diet

How many times have you gone on a diet and you can’t think of anything to eat that you are "allowed" to have so you end up eating just a plain dry piece of chicken and a dry salad or dry broccoli?  Then you continue to eat this way for a few days thinking this is all you can eat to lose weight.  After about the third day you can’t look at a piece of chicken without getting nauseous.  This is no way to diet!!!  This is no way to lose weight.  This is no way to LIVE!!!  On The 100 Calorie Diet we talk all about adding variety to your diet.  This does two things.  One… it keeps you from being bored on your diet.  If you mix it up and have different things to eat you won’t be bored at all.  You will even look forward to your next meal instead of dreading it.  Two… it helps you to get in all your daily vitamins that your body needs.  You mix up the meat you eat, you mix up the fruits you eat and you mix up the vegetables you eat, etc.  See how doing this will give you a full scope of vitamins and mineral?  Now what did you learn today?  Mix it up!!!  Shake it up!!! and Live A Little!!!
