I believe that "most" over weight people do NOT like to exercise. They think that exercise is hard and boring. I know this because I was once that person. Well I am here to tell you that that is NOT true!!! Exercise can be the funnest part of your day!!! Exercise can be something that you enjoy to do and look forward to. I have tried every type of cardio there is and I find the most funnest and the easiest and the coolest is to DANCE!!! I’m gonna tell ya a secret… shhhhh… I wanted to be a singer and a dancer when I was young. I could have done it!!!! I had the talent. But back then I was wayyyy toooo shy. I’m not that shy anymore… Thank God!!!
Now I "pretend" I’m a singer and a dancer and I have the funnest time getting in my cardio for the day. I go up in my big room… I turn up my stereo real loud with my favorite DISCO music and I sing and dance my heart out. In my mind I’m on stage… In my mind I’m in a Las Vegas show in a beautiful dance costume… In my mind I’m on Dancing With The Stars. Your mind is a very powerful thing. It can take you places you have never been and you can have lots of fun there. Give it a try…Use your mind and your imagination and DANCE your way to a Thin and Healthy body!!!
