100 Calorie Diet Tip #69 - Procrastination On A Diet Can Be A Good Thing

One trick that I have to keep the weight off is to PROCRASTINATE!  I am a sweet lover!!!  I love cakes, cookies, candy, donuts!!!   You name it sweet… I LIKE it.  So one of my challenges is not to eat tooooo many sweets.  Turns out I have always been a very good procrastinator so I have learned to use this talent in my dieting efforts…  AND IT WORKS!!!  Say I really want a donut for breakfast.  I know I should not really have it.  I should try to have something a little more healthy for my breakfast.  So I end up telling myself I can have that donut tomorrow… or maybe on Sunday.  See?  You put it off for the moment.  Maybe you will have it later but most times you will have forgotten you even wanted it.  You will have already moved on the the next meal.  So now you have found out why procrastination is really a GOOD thing!!! :)
