Let’s think about this for a minute.  What do you think would be a good weight for you?  Do you think you should be a size 2 or even a size 0?  When you listen to the media and you see all those stars and that is what you see and hear then that is what you end up thinking you should be.  But hold on a MINUTE!!!  Most of us are not on TV and we are not super MODELS.  We are just everyday people living our everyday lives.  Look around at the people you know and your family.  Are they this tiny?  You need to decide for yourself what size you should be.  It is your decision and your decision alone.  In The 100 Calorie Diet eBook we have studied this and we have developed a weight chart.  To us it is the "REAL" world weight chart.  The weight that the "normal" person should weigh.  Check it out if you would like to find out more…
