We all have trigger foods. Foods that once you have a bite of or once you see it you just gotta have the whole thing… So you eat it really fast and then you think you have blown your whole diet…So then you just quit and say you’ll start again tomorrow. Do you know what your trigger foods are? Sit down right now and think about it and make a list of your very own special trigger foods. Now post that list on your frig. Read it. Make a note…these food DO NOT come into the house. You do not buy them and keep them on hand. They are only very special foods and if you really really really want them … if they are really really really worth the calories to you…you will have to get into your car and go out of the house and buy them.
