Chew! Chew! Chew! I’m talking about gum! Not food! Silly! For some people if they can just keep their mouths busy then they won’t be looking for that next thing to snack on. They are too busy chewing on the thing that is already in their mouth to even think about putting something else in there. Gum is the rescue for this person. Gum can satisfy that urge to chew and if you are careful and don’t have too many calories in gum it can really help you in your quest to lose weight. I like to chew Big Red or some other very strong gum. I find that if I chew on that it really helps me not to want sweets. The sweet that I may want would taste horrible after a strong cinnamon gum. So chew your way to a slimmer you.
