FREE Stuff?  What is that you might ask?  Well on The 100 Calorie Diet most of your vegetables are FREE.  Free meaning you can eat as many or as much of them as you would like.  So the good news is enjoy all the vegetables you like and never ever worry about gaining weight.  But the really good news it that this will help you to lose weight!  So here is what you do… you make a list of the vegetables you like.  Then you start to add these vegetables to your meals and your cooking.  Do you like cooked onions?  Add extra to your spaghetti sauce.  Do you like mushrooms?  Order an extra side of them with your steak.  See how it works?  You can add all kinds of vegetables to your everyday eating and this will help you to feel full longer and it will also give you those vitamins and minerals your body truly needs.  So what vegetable will you add today? !!! :)
