100 Calorie Diet Tip # 78 - Do You Think Like A Fat Person or Like A Thin Person?

Our minds have a lot to do with controlling our weight. It can work for us or it can work against us. What you are thinking can affect what and how you are going to eat today. Do you go around all day thinking about what you are going to eat next? Do you go around thinking you are this big fat person and you can never be any other way. Or do you think like a thin person? Do you think I am this little person so I do not need a whole pile of food to keep me alive and healthy. Do you think yes I can walk up those stairs and feel fine? Or do you have to stop and contemplate whether you can even make it up the stairs at all? One trick to help with you weight loss efforts is to start thinking like a thin person thinks. A thin person does not pile their plate high with food. They put a small portion of food on their plate because they are a small person. Look and study some of the thin people that you know. What are they eating? What is their behavior? How are they acting? See if you can copy any of their actions or behavior that you feel help them to be thin. See what you would like to bring into your own lifestyle. Start thinking and acting like a thin person today and before long it will surely be true.
