100 Calorie Diet Tip #82 - Keep Your Pantry Stocked

If you make it a point to keep your pantry and your freezer and your refrigerator stocked with the good and healthy things you should be eating you will be less likely to order in that pizza or make a run for the fast food joint.  So how do you do that?  Well it starts with a list.  Sit down right now… make a list of your favorite foods.  Now see what is on that list that can last some time in the pantry or in the freezer and such.  Work on picking out the healthiest things from that list.  Go to the store and Stock Up.  Now when the munchies start you will have plenty of choices right on hand.  No need to pick up that phone or get in your car.  Note:  This also helps you go green!!!
