100 Calorie Diet Tip #84 - Choosing Foods That Are Good For Certain Things…

For instance…  I want to have pretty skin.  I grew up eating all kinds of junk food so my skin was always bad.  I thought that it was just how it was meant to be.  I thought it was in my genes.  But when I grew up I realized that what I was eating was causing my bad skin.  I noticed when I cut down on my fat intake my skin would be less oily.  I noticed when I ate more fruits my pores would get smaller and my face would be less red.  Then I did some research on foods that are good for your skin.  I started eating more of these foods in my diet and guess what.  My skin changed dramatically.  I could never blame my bad skin on my genes ever again.  It was directly related to what I was putting in my mouth!!!  I could not believe it!!!  So here is my list of foods that are good for your skin.
