Most women need to work on being strong and confident.  I read books on these topics all the time.  They really do help you deal with a lot of different issues in your life.  But we can never eat like a man.  Men naturally have more muscle mass and therefore they can get away with eating way more food than women can.  Overweight women have to learn to Eat Like A Lady.  We require smaller portions.  I even like to eat on dainty plates and use dainty utensils.  So work on eating slower, eating very high quality foods in smaller portions and eating elegantly.  Like a Lady…
