100 Calorie Diet Tip #90 - Watch Out! You May Be Eating More Calories Than You Think

If you are going around guessing the calories you eat everyday and you are not writing it down then most likely you are eating way more calories per day than you thought you were.  We tend to trick ourselves and tell ourselves we aren’t eating all that many calories when in reality we are consuming huge amounts every day.  The ONLY way to truly know how many calories you are really eating is to write them down.  In our food counter and our restaurant and fast food counter we have counts for everything you can possibly imagine.  It is all rounded to the nearest 100 calorie count and it makes it SUPER SIMPLE to keep track of your calories.  That’s why so many people love the metric system.  It works really well with our brain to think in 10,100 or 1000 counts.  That’s how our diet works.  Super simple… Super easy!
