100 Calorie Breakfast
Ham and Cheese Omelette
2 Extra Large Egg Whites – 50 Calories
½ Ounce Ham, Chopped – 25 Calories
¼ Ounce Cheddar Cheese – 25 Calories
Blend your eggs to desired fluffiness. Place the mixture in a hot omelette pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Cook on medium until the eggs are no longer runny. Sprinkle the ham and cheese on your omelette. Fold over onto your plate.
Makes One 100 Calorie Serving
100 Calorie Lunch
Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich w/Crudites
1 Slice of Bread – 50 Calories
Dijon Mustard - FREE
1 ½ Ounces Oven Gold Deli Turkey, Sliced – 50 Calories
Shredded Lettuce - FREE
Vine-Ripened Tomato Slices - FREE
Baby Carrots - FREE
Radishes - FREE
Celery Ribs - FREE
Cherry Tomatoes - FREE
Place bread (may be toasted) in the middle of a large plate. Spread mustard on bread, top with turkey, lettuce and tomato slices. Surround your sandwich with carrots, radishes, celery and cherry tomatoes.
Makes One 100 Calorie Serving
Tasty Options
Add 3 medium slices of cooked bacon for only 100 calories.
Serve crudités with 4 teaspoons of blue cheese dressing for only 100 calories.
100 Calorie Dinner
Beef and Broccoli
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce - FREE
1/4 Cup Beef Broth - FREE
1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 Garlic Clove, Minced - FREE
1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced - FREE
1/2 Cup Carrot Strips - FREE
2 Cups Broccoli Florets - FREE
1 1/4 Ounce Filet Mignon, Cut Into Strips – 100 Calories
¼ Cup Beef Broth - FREE
In large skillet or wok, heat soy sauce and broth. Add onion and garlic. Stir fry 2 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon to large bowl. Add mushrooms to skillet. Stir fry 1 minute. Remove to bowl. Add carrots and broccoli. Stir fry 2 minutes or until tender crisp. Remove to bowl. Add beef and stir fry 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add broth and stir constantly bringing to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Add to vegetable bowl.
Makes One 100 Calorie Serving

Serve with ½ cup of rice for only 100 calories.
