Italian Omelette
2 Small Eggs – 100 Calories
Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, Chopped; To Taste – FREE
Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced; To Taste - FREE
Fresh Italian Herbs, Chopped; To Taste - FREE
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste - FREE
Blend all ingredients together to desired fluffiness. Place mixture in a hot omelette pan that has
been sprayed with Pam. Cook on medium until the eggs are no longer runny. Fold over onto
your plate.
Makes One 100 Calorie Serving
Tasty Option
Add 1 ounce mozzarella cheese for only 100 calories.
