100 Calorie Margarita Recipe and FREE Salsa Recipe for Cinco De Mayo!

Cinco De Mayo is tomorrow which involves one of my most favorite things in all the world - Margaritas!!! If you like margaritas like I do, you absolutely MUST try my recipe. Yep! They’re that good. I have included a FREE salsa recipe to get your Cinco De Mayo Party jumping. Enjoy!
Susie’s Margarita
2 Margarita Glasses (YES, it’s that important!)
Jose Cuervo Margarita Salt - FREE
3 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila - 200 Calories
2 oz. Triple Sec - 200 Calories
8 oz. Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix - 200 Calories
3 oz. Minute Maid Frozen Limeade - 200 Calories
Ice - FREE
Fresh Cut Limes - FREE
1. Prepare your Margarita Glass with salt by dipping the rim in water and then dipping it in the salt.
2. Pour tequila, triple sec, Margarita mix and limeade into a blender. Blend on high 5-10 seconds.
3. Fill your glass with ice, pour that magic elixir into each glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Makes Two 400 Calorie Totally Worth It Servings.
Sizzlin’ FREE Salsa
3 Large Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Chopped - FREE
1 Large White Onion, Chopped - FREE
3 Green Onions, Chopped - FREE
3-6 Garlic Cloves, Chopped - FREE
4 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped With Seeds - FREE
1/4 Cup Cilantro or Parsley, Chopped - FREE
1 Lime, Juice Only - FREE
Cayenne Pepper To Taste - FREE
Chili Pepper To Taste - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE
Hot Sauce To Taste - FREE
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes to one hour.
Makes four FREE servings.
Serve with 3/4 oz. of tortilla chips for 100 calories.
