Pizza Dough
I have given you two recipes for pizza dough, but there are other options you can use for your dough.  You can use a pre-made pizza crust or one of the pizza crust mixes available in your local supermarket.  I simply prefer a homemade yummy, yeasty pizza crust!

Classic Pizza Dough
1 Envelope of Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water (110 Degrees)
1 ½ Teaspoons Sugar
2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Place warm water in a small bowl  Sprinkle yeast over water and stir in sugar; let stand for about 10 minutes or until it begins to bubble.  Sift flour and salt in a large bowl; pour in oil and yeast mixture and stir until a stiff dough is formed. Turn dough out onto a floured surface; knead about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.  Place dough in a large greased bowl greased, turn to coat.  Cover with towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours until it has doubled in size.
