While we were kids camping with our Dad he used to always fry up some raisin bread with butter for our early morning dewing breakfast.  I still love raisin bread!!!  I now buy Pepperidge Farms 80 Calorie Raisin Cinnamon Bread.  I measure out 1/4 t. butter, put it in the pan flip over the bread a few times and brown it up real nice.  The result… a perfect 100 Calorie Piece of Fried Raisin Toast.  YUMMM!!!
