Susie’s 100 Calorie Sausage and Tomato Gravy For 100 Calorie Diet

1 Tablespoon Butter - 100 Calories

1 Onion, Chopped - FREE

2 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE

7 Oz. Kielbasa Sausage, Cut in 2" Pieces - 700 Calories

 2-28 Oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes

1. Melt butter in a large skillet.

2. Add onion and garlic and sautee for 5 minutes.

3. Add sausage and brown on all sides.

4. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil.

5. Lower heat to simmer and simmer for 45 minutes.

Makes Eight 100 Calorie Servings
