You know what’s great? Cooking dinner with your slow cooker. Simply throw the ingredients into your slow cooker in the morning and dinner’s done when you get home. I have a great 100 calorie slow cooker recipe for you today! My recipes are broken down into 100 calorie servings. If you want 2 servings, it will be 200 calories, if you want 300 calories, it will be 300 calories and so on. The 100 Calorie Diet is not about eating only 100 calories, it’s about eating anything you want in 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500+ calorie units.

Swedish Meatballs
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Egg, Beaten
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
Salt, Pepper, and Allspice To Taste
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
Salt, Pepper and Garlic To Taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and allspice, mix well. Shape into balls, place in your slow cooker. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs Cook on low 5-6 hours until meatballs are done.
Makes Twenty-Four 100 Calorie Servings
