Yang!  Yang!  Yang!  To all my 100 calorie peeps!  Today we’re talking about donuts!  Yeah!!!  The question is, "Can I have donuts on The 100 Calorie Diet?"  And the answer is "Yes!"  Since there are absolutely no forbidden foods on The 100 Calorie Diet, donuts are a YES! YES!  Instead of a NO! NO!  The 100 Calorie Diet was developed for people who love to eat and we know that if you deny yourself your favorite foods, you won’t stay on your plan very long.  A planned sweet treat every once in a while is a good thing and actually helps you to stay on track.

I’ve pulled some donuts from The 100 Calorie Food Counter to give you a peek of Dunkin’ Donuts’ 100 calorie counts.  When The 100 Calorie Food Counter shows the 100 calorie count in fraction form, you don’t have to eat just 100 calories.  For example if the fraction is 1/3, you can have the WHOLE donut for about 300 calories.  See how easy it is?
