Hi All!

CLICK HERE!)   Angelina is rich, successful, thin and philanthropic!  I love her!  Angelina recently gave me her 100 calorie shrimp creole recipe which is perfect for The 100 Calorie Diet!  Angelina says, "Check it out!"

Angelina’s 100 Calorie Shrimp Creole
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil - 200 Calories
2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped - FREE
2/3 Cup Celery, Chopped - FREE
1 Sweet Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped - FREE
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes - FREE
12 Ounces Tomato Paste - FREE
1 Cup Water - FREE
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce - FREE
Tabasco Sauce To Taste - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE
2 1/2 Pounds Raw Shrimp, Cleaned - 1000 Calories

In a large skillet on medium heat, saute the, garlic, celery, onion and green pepper in olive oil until the onions are translucent.  Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, water, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco,  salt and pepper, bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 hours.  Add shrimp, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

 Makes Six 200 Calorie Servings
