I know you’ve probably heard that breakfast is your most important meal, but guess what? ALL MEALS ARE IMPORTANT! Make sure to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. All too often, overweight people skip meals thinking they are saving calories but they just make up for it at the next meal. Simply get in the habit to eat at scheduled times of the day. Hey! It works!
