Diet Tip #15 Eat Skinny Soups and Stews

There’s nothing more delicious, nutritious and filling than a comforting soup or stew!  The really, really good news is that soups and stews contain ingredients that are FREE on The 100 Calorie Diet and packed full of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.

Sometimes I will make a simple, yet delectable soup with some really basic ingredients.  Try it, I know you’re gonna like it!

Start with a little beef stock, add chopped onions and garlic; all FREE.  Saute until the onions are translucent.  Add your favorite FREE vegetables like tomatoes, green beans, carrots, cabbage and mushrooms.  Simmer a little while and presto!  You’ve got a fantastic FREE soup!
