Diet Tip #16 Don’t Think In Terms of “Diet” Foods

Don’t torture yourself and think that you have to eat so-called diet foods to lose weight.  The days of forcing yourself to eat grapefruit and eggs or tuna and green beans in order to lose weight are over.  Think of ALL foods as good foods.  Plan your meals with the foods you enjoy, just make sure to have measured portions.  100 Calorie, 200 Calorie, 300 Calorie . . .  ect.

Of course, you want to keep nutrition in mind when eating.  Make sure to include high quality protein, good grains, vegetables and fruits in your diet.  But if you want to have some chocolate or a piece of pizza, that’s okay!  Simply plan and have some of those foods you crave.
