Diet Tip # 24 - Out of Site… Out of Mind… Out of Stomach!

Keep ALL  and I said ALL the foods that tempt you to overeat either out of site or out of the house.  Put them in the freezer or in the back bottom of the fridge.  Put them in the far back part of a very high cabinet.  Have a family member hide them for you.  The best thing to do is not to bring them home.  If you have to go out to get it most likely you won’t.  Or at least you might put it off and then hopefully the temptation will be gone later.

    Hi there girls,
    Years ago, and I do mean years ago hehe, I had joined weight watchers.  I reached my goal weight, and one of the tricks I used was the one you just posted. I kept all the foods I was tempted by way out of sight! Even today, years later, if I see something to eat, like a brownie or cookie, and it’s close, I WILL EAT IT!..
    So tke it from a diet wise “oldie”, keep it out of sight.
    Keep bringing us all those good tips.
