Being smart and knowing all about the things you are eating will bring you the POWER to be successful on your diet plan.  Become a nutritional investigator!  Read labels and actually SEE what is in the foods you are eating.  How many calories does it have?  How much fat does it contain?  Does it have the vitamins and minerals that you need?  This will help you to make EDUCATED choices about the foods you eat.  With all this KNOWLEDGE and POWER you are bound to lose the weight you want to lose!!!
