The 100 Calorie Diet’s Diet Tip of The Day - Drink Water, That Life-Giving Liquid

 As with any diet plan, drinking water is extremely important!!!  The 100 Calorie Diet totally stresses drinking water for a number of reasons!  Check it out! I know you’ve heard it a million times and you may be sick of it, but here goes.  Make sure to drink enough water.  How much?  As a minimum, you need to drink ten, 8 oz. glasses of water per day.  Why?  When you drink enough water you’re much less likely to be hungry.  And interestingly enough, the more water you drink, the less water weight you will keep on your body.  More importantly, water helps to filter out impurities in your blood and carries waste to the kidneys for elimination. 

Water is wonderful for your skin, lubricates your joints and cushions your organs.  You need water to keep your brain functioning properly (for those of you interested in that sort of thing) and to transport nutrients in and out of your cells.  Convinced yet?  We sure hope so!

The next question is what kind of water is the best to drink?  We recommend you drink only Bottled or Filtered Water.  You know what’s really good?  Try Perrier, club soda or sparkling waters with plenty of ice and a twist of lemon or lime.  Make sure to use a Fancy Glass , it enhances your water drinking experience.  Simply refreshing and delicious!!!  Water loves you, it needs you to love it back.
