Ok… You’ve worked really hard all week to stay on your plan.  Now it is the weekend!!!  It’s time to CELEBRATE!!!  But Wait!!  It is NOT time to go out and eat to celebrate.  Instead of finding something you love to eat find something else you love.  Maybe a new purse or some new shoes.  How about a relaxing pedicure…this time get the special hot stone one or the one with rose pedals in the water.  Now that’s what I call a REWARD!!!
