Instead of drinking a whole glass of juice for 100 calories, fill your glass with pure spring water and splash it with a little juice.  You can have your 8 glasses of water for only 100 calories instead of adding too many calories from drinks!  Drink calories DO count, use them wisely!

    This diet tip is the greatest!
    Lemon juice works really well with your water, as well as orange juice.  Keep those tips coming.
