Diet Tip #4 Keep A Positive Attitude…The Power Of Positive Thinking Works!

Okay, I’ll resort to an old cliche’, "Is the glass half empty or half full?"  Keeping a positive attitude when dieting and losing weight is absolutely essential.  If you look for the positive, you’ll find it.  If you look for the negative, it will find you.  If you’re fat, it’s easy to throw yourself a pity party everyday if you live in pity city!  Stop the negativity and begin each and every day with a smile on your face and a song in your heart. Be happy with your diet, be happy eating healthily, be happy exercising. 

Start looking for the positive your life has to offer.  Make a "Thankful List" and add to it when you find yet another positive in your life.  Be thankful for the small things.  The Earth has endless wonders if you simply look for them.  Warning!  Another cliche is coming: "Stop and smell the roses."  Or enjoy the stars at night, a picnic in the park, the laughter of your children.  Find joy in your life that has nothing to do with food and your obsession with it.
