Diet Tip #40 - Variety Is The Spice Of Life… And It Keeps You From Getting Bored!!!

Variety in your diet is important for MANY reasons.  The main reason is the more variety you have the more vitamins and minerals you will be getting.  The ALL NATURAL way!  The second reason is it will keep you from getting bored with your diet.  So many times we start a diet and we can only think of a few things we want to eat so we continue to make those same boring things over and over again.  Then you’re soooo bored with the diet that you quit.  See the problem???  Now take some time and look for ways to mix up your meals.  See how you can add some new things that you like to your plan.  Try out some new fruits or some new vegetables.  Try out some different breads… ( YES! You CAN have bread!)  Publix has a lot of cool new breads in their bakery now.  So go out there and MiX IT UP!!!
