If you are one of those persons who like to eat large quantities of food, The 100 Calorie Diet has a number of foods that are FREE in which you can eat all you want and still lose weight. In addition, look for those foods that give you the largest quantity for 100 calories.
Experiment with soups and stews that contain FREE tomaotes, carrots, celery, green beans, mushrooms, asparagus, beef and chicken stock, onions and garlic. Prepare yourself a large salad of spinach, baby greens, tomato, mushroom, cucumber and onion. When cooking add additional free foods that you like to the recipe to bulk it up. Make a vegetable stir fry of broccoli, cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, onion and soy sauce. YUM! You get the idea. Use your imagination to eat more to lose weight.
