Almond Brickle Cookies
1 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Oatmeal, Uncooked
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
¾ Cup Almond Brickle Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Stir in flour mixture and then chips. Drop by small teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet to make 50 cookies. Bake 6-10 minutes or until light golden brown.
