Ready for some more Fat Flushing Recipes? You’re in luck, I have three for you today! Try my Fat Flush Soup and eat if often throughout the day when you get hungry. It is filled with vitamins, minerals and fiber. Have my delicious and nutritious Fat Flush Salad for lunch and my Fat Flush Fruit Salad for a snack. Hey! Maybe you’ll wake up tomorrow feeling skinny! Fat Flush Soup
1 CupSwanson’s Low Sodium Beef Broth – FREE
2 Medium Onions, Chopped – FREE
4 Garlic Cloves, Chopped – FREE
3 Cup Cabbage, Shredded – FREE
3 Celery Stalks, Chopped – FREE
3 Large Carrots, Chopped – FREE
15 oz. Can of Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes - FREE
14.5 oz. Can of Green Giant Cut Green Beans – FREE
1. Place broth, onions, garlic and cabbage into a large Dutch Oven.
2. Bring to a boil, turn down to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients, bring back to a boil.
4. Turn to low and cook for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Makes Six FREE Servings
Fat Flush Salad
3 Cups Baby Spinach – FREE
1 Garlic Clove, Minced - FREE
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes – FREE
1 Fresh Beet – Shredded – FREE
3 Green Onions, Chopped – FREE
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 100 Calories
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar – FREE
1. Arrange vegetables on a large salad plate.
2. Sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar.
Makes One 100 Calorie Serving.
Fat Flush Fruit Salad
2 Cups Blueberries – 200 Calories
2 Cups Grapes – 200 Calories
2 Cups Strawberries – 100 Calories
1. Place all ingredients into a medium bowl.
2. Toss well, refrigerate.
Makes Five 100 Calorie Servings.
