More and More everyday products are finding their way to the 100 calorie market.  We get so excited when we find an everyday food item that has been put in a proper portion for us dieters.  La Bourgeoise 100 Calorie  Hors d’oeuvres Parmesan Light is a GREAT example of this.  They have taken a normal everyday product and packaged it in controlled portion so we know what we are eating.  Way to go La Bourgeoise!!!

P.S.  I’m not sure where to buy this so I have written to the company to find out.  I’ll keep you posted…
