Know what I love?  Comfort foods!  One of my favorite comfort foods is Meatloaf.  Check out my 100 calorie meatloaf recipe.

Susie’s 100 Calorie Meatloaf

 1 Lb. 95/5 Ground Beef - 800 Calories

1 Onion, Chopped - FREE

2 Sliced Bread, Crumbled - 100 Calories

2 Small Eggs - 100 Calories

Salt, Pepper and Garlic To Taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.

3. Place meat mixture in a baking pan and shape into a loaf.

4. Cook for about an hour or until desired doneness.

Makes Ten 100 Calorie Servings.

You can easily turn my meatloaf recipe into a low calorie meal, 100 calorie meal, 200 calorie meal, 300 calorie meal or 400 calorie meal.  Here’s how:

2 Serving of Susie’s 100 Calorie Meatloaf - 200 Calories

2 Cups Mixed Salad - FREE

2 Tablespoons Light Ranch Dressing - 100 Calories

1 Cup Green Beans - FREE

Total Calories for The 100 Calorie Diet - 300 Calorie Meal
