Grandma’s 100 Calorie Recipe For Chicken Chili

I’ve got another great recipe for you today from Grandma! I took her recipe for Chicken Chili and converted it to a 100 calorie recipe. WOW! It makes four really big 200 calorie servings! Grandma’s Chicken Chili
15 oz. Skinless Chicken – 750 Calories
1 – 16 Oz Can of Tomatoes - FREE
2 – 8 Oz. Cans of Tomato Sauce - FREE
1 – 6 oz. Can of Tomato Paste - FREE
1 Large Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 Large Green Onion, Chopped - FREE
6 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE
1 ½ Teaspoon Sugar – 50 Calories
1 Tablespoon Vinegar - FREE
Chili Powder, Salt and Pepper To Taste – FREE
1. In a large Dutch Oven add all the ingredients. Stir well and bring to a boil on high for 10 minutes.
2. Lower heat to medium and cover with tight fitting lid.
3. Cook for 1 hour or more until the chicken is very tender.
Makes Four 200 Calorie Servings.
