Happy Easter! Make It A 1500 Calorie Day The 100 Calorie Way

Here comes Peter Cottontail, hoppin’ down the bunny trail, hippity, hoppity Easter’s on its way!  Happy Easter 100 calorie fans!  I’ve got a great post for you today; a 1500 calorie meal plan for Easter Day.  Enjoy!  Make sure to try my Grand Mimosa.  The recipe is at the end of this post.

Breakfast:

1 Cup Corn Flakes - 100 Calories

1 Medium Banana, Sliced - 100 Calories

1 Cup 1% Milk - 100 Calories

1 Cup Orange Juice - 100 Calories

or

2 Glazed Donuts - 400 Calories

Black Coffee - FREE

Lunch:

Large Tossed Salad - FREE

3 Oz. Deli Turkey, Cubed - 100 Calories

2 Tablespoons Creamy Italian Dressing - 100 Calories

Snack:

Have one of your favorite 100 calorie snacks

Easter Dinner:

Susie’s Grand Mimosa - 200 Calories

4 1/2 oz. Pineapple Glazed Ham - 300 Calories

1 Cup Mashed Potatoes and Gravy - 300 Calories

1 Cup Asparagus w/Hollandaise Sauce - 100 Calories

Now for my recipe, Susie’s Grand Mimosa

5 oz. Champagne - 100 Calories

4 oz. Orange Juice - 50 Calories

1/2 oz. Grand Mariner - 50 Calories

Pour champagne into a large wine glass.  Add orange juice and top with Grand Mariner.  YUM!

Makes one 200 Calorie Serving
