Major regular food makers are really catching on to the 100 Calorie Craze.  Look at this new great 100 calorie product.  Lender’s 100 Calorie Plain Bagels.  They are already pre-sliced and ready to be popped into your toaster.  I like mine with a 100 calorie portion of cream cheese and honey.  Talk about delicious!!!   Watch your waist and Watch your portion, but eat GREAT!
