Zero Calorie Lobster Bisque
¼ Cup Better Than Bouillon Lobster
2 Cups Chicken Stock
½ Cup Onions, Diced
½ Cup Celery, Diced
½ Cup Carrots, Diced
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
1 Bay Leaf
2 Teaspoons Black Peppercorns
1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme
1 Teaspoon Tarragon
1 Tablespoon Paprika
2 Tablespoons Thicken/Thin Not Starch Whisked With ¼ Cup Water
1. In a large soup pot on high heat, place bouillon, stock, onion, celery, carrots and garlic.
2. Cook on high for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
