Susie’s 100 Calorie Fruity Smoothie

1 Cup Watermelon - 50 Calories

1 Cup Cantaloupe - 50 Calories

1 Cup Pineapple - 100 Calories

1 Cup Mango - 100 Calories

1 Cup Strawberries - 50 Calories

1 1/2 Cups Orange Juice - 150 Calories

1 Cup Crushed Ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes Five 100 Calorie Servings

Susie’s 200 Calorie Fruity Smoothie

1/2 Cup Orange Juice - 50 Calories

1/2  Frozen Banana - 50 Calories

1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt - 50 Calories

1 Cup Strawberries - 50 Calories

1/2 Cup Crushed Ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes One 200 Calorie Serving

Susie’s Simple 300 Calorie Smoothie

1 Banana, Frozen - 100 Calories

1/2 Cup Orange Juice - 50 Calories

1 Cup Strawberries - 100 Calories

1 Cup Plain Yogurt - 100 Calories

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes One 300 Calorie Serving
