Memorial Day Simple Barbeque Chicken 100 Calorie Recipe!

It’s time to fire up the grill and make some barbeque chicken. My barbeque chicken recipe is fast, easy and yummy. Try it, you’re gonna like it!
Susie’s 100 Calorie Barbeque Chicken
1 Whole Cut Up Chicken
Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Paprika To Taste
1 Bottle of Your Favorite Barbeque Sauce
1. Fire up the grill.
2. Sprinkle the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
3. Place chicken in a microwave dish and microwave for 10 minutes on each side.
4. Place chicken on grill and cook for 30-40 minutes turning often.
5. Brush barbeque sauce on both sides of chicken and continue grilling until well done.
You can have 1 1/2 ounces of barbequed chicken for about 100 calories.
