100 Calorie Breakfast
Tomatoes and Cottage Cheese
4 Outside Lettuce Leaves - FREE
1-2 Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, Sliced - FREE
½ Cup Cottage Cheese – 100 Calories
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE

Make a bed with your lettuce on a small plate.  Arrange tomatoes along the outside of your plate.  Place cottage cheese in the middle of the plate, add salt and pepper as desired.

Makes One 100 Calorie Serving

 

100 Calorie Lunch
Chicken Salad

1 ½ Ounces Canned Chicken Breast – 50 Calories
Chopped Celery To Taste - FREE
Diced Red Onion To Taste - FREE
Fresh Lemon Juice To Taste - FREE
Dill Relish To Taste - FREE
1 Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise or ½ Tablespoon Mayonnaise – 50 Calories
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce - FREE
Chopped Vine-Ripened Tomatoes - FREE
Chopped Sweet Onions - FREE

In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, lemon juice, relish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.  Make a bed of lettuce on a large plate, top with tomatoes and sweet onions.  Place the chicken salad mixture on top of your salad bed.

Makes One 100 Calorie Serving

 

100 Calorie Dinner
Sausage and Tomatoes
¼ Cup Beef Broth - FREE
1 Ounce Kielbasa Sausage, Sliced – 100 Calories
1 Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 Garlic Clove, Minced - FREE
15 Ounce Can of Whole Tomatoes - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE

Place broth in a large non-stick skillet, bring to a boil.  Add the sausage, onion and garlic and sauté until the sausage is browned.  Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Reduce to simmer and cook for 30 minutes.

Makes One 100 Calorie Serving

Serve over ½ cup rice for only 100 calories.
